Whenever new solder is shipped, a Certificate of Conformance and Analysis is included to let the customer know exactly what level of contamination exists. Periodically, solder in either a wave solder machine or a hot air leveler needs to be analyzed to assure that the material is in specification: Metallic Resources also provides complete auditing of any process, troubleshooting of all process problems, and SPC charting at no cost.
